By using Hometray you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Hometray collects school term dates, calendars and the messages you send it into a family calendar and to-do list. It is currently free while in early access; we'll tell you before anything you use becomes paid.

Check important dates

Hometray reads schools' published information and your forwarded messages automatically, and it can get things wrong or miss them. Always check important dates, deadlines and payments with the school. We aren't responsible for missed deadlines, payments or events.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and a parent, carer or other adult responsible for the children you add.
• Only invite adults you trust to see your family's information.
• Only send us things you're entitled to share, and don't use Hometray for anything unlawful.

Your data

Your family's information stays yours. Our privacy policy explains how we use it. You can delete items at any time, and close your account by emailing hello@hometray.co.uk.

Changes and availability

We may change or pause the service and update these terms. We'll give notice of important changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
